Shipping policy

Orders are shipped by TNT or Fedex depending on the geographic area in recycled and reusable Kraft envelopes. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

Multiple orders for the same recipient will not be combined.

Care must be taken to specify the details of the delivery address when ordering or using the contact form. We nevertheless ask you not to exceed 32 characters per address line. There is no need to write the country and province in the address line. Shipping labels are automatically edited and addresses that are too long are not supported.

Do not use Asian characters

Failure to comply with this instruction will result in processing delays.

It is the consignee's responsability to check if the parcel is undamaged and complete. Should there be an irregularity, then the client must contact Bonjour within 24h of the reception of the parcel. No claims can be accepted beyond this delay.

It is possible that delivery times are impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Bonjour is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.
