How much does each item cost?

Prices are indicated with and without taxes (Value Added Tax). For EU sales, VAT is based on 23% (Portuguese rate) but will be adjusted at checkout depending on the country of delivery. For sales outside the EU, the prices applied are excluding taxes; Taxes and duties may apply in the destination country..

Can I cancel my order ?

An order placed cannot be canceled or modified. We ask that you pay close attention when placing the order as this is a firm commitment to purchase and cannot be changed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice, if we believe that the goods are not being purchased for personal use.

Is it possible to group my orders? ?

It is not possible to combine orders due to our logistics operating procedure.

Can I order by email or phone ?

We do not place orders by email or telephone.

Is it possible to reserve an item ?

It is not possible to reserve an item.

Will my favorite item be back in stock? ?

We operate with low stock for each item and generally have little restocking due to the nature of our production - slow with long lead times, durable and handcrafted. However, we are occasionally able to restock some pieces in small quantities if we have sufficient fabric remaining.

If you want to be alerted when an item goes live, simply go to the product page, add it to your wishlist. You will receive an email notification as soon as the item is available again.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX) as well as Shop Pay, Apple pay, Google pay Except Paypal..

All your order and payment data are transmitted in encrypted form using the SSL protocol, from your computer to the electronic payment terminal of our banking partner. A closed padlock, a security symbol, appears at the bottom of the page. You can therefore pay online with complete peace of mind; no data is stored.

You can also send us a bank transfer to the account number sent to you in the confirmation email. This latter payment solution will delay shipping a little.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide ?

We ship worldwide (with a few exceptions) and exclusively offer premium services from DHL and Fedex, depending on destination and shipping type.

We subsidize part of the cost of this express courier service, but concede that the cost is always higher than traditional EMS postal rates. This courier service, however, gives the added assurance of fast delivery through its use of a Bien developed tracking system. The service provides accurate and frequent information on the location of customers' goods throughout the delivery cycle, something standard postal delivery services do not offer.

You can choose the delivery method available in your country when order.

We are confident that the Express shipping option will provide peace of mind for everyone.s.

Can I change the delivery address ?

Once your order has been validated, we have very little time to change your address. If you have noticed an error in your address, you can send us a message with "Urgent" in the subject line to client@bonjour-e-shop.com as soon as possible indicating your order number. We will do our best to process your request but cannot guarantee it. A supplement may be applied if the new address communicated is in another country.

If you change your delivery address in your personal space after placing an order, the new address will only be taken into account from the next order.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address of an order that has been shipped. We advise you to verify the address before validating your order, and to regularly check that your address registered in your account is up to date.

Please contact your local DHL/Fedex office with your tracking number to see if it is still possible to change the delivery address. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, your package will be returned to the sender.

Delivery delay

Shipping delays from carriers are unfortunately beyond our control. If there is a delay, please check the status of your order using the tracking number sent to you in the shipping confirmation email. However, if the shipping status has not been updated for a week, please notify us via the contact form or directly by email client@bonjour-e-shop.com and we will make a claim with the carrier.

Import taxes and duties

When do I have to pay customs duties ?

For shipments outside the European Union, your order may be temporarily held by customs for clearance.

This may result in customs charges, which will be communicated to you either by customs directly or upon receipt of your package. Customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. Bonjour cannot be held responsible for these charges.

For South Korea, you can enter your personal customs number in the payment validation screen.

 

 

We do not provide a certificate of origin but the commercial invoice attached to the shipment includes the origins of each item and the legal notices which allow you to benefit from preferential customs duties depending on the destination.

Returns

How many days do I have to return an item? ?

Items sold at full price may be returned within 10 days of the delivery date. Please email for approval within 10 days.

Products must be returned in unused and unwashed condition, with the original tags.

 

Are returns free? ?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked or signed for service as we do not accept responsibility for lost packages.

 

What is the procedure for returning items ?

To request the return of an item, send us an email to client@bonjour-e-shop.com within 10 days of receipt of the item, indicating your order number and the mention "Return" in the 'object.

Once we have sent an email confirming your return, the goods must be returned to the address provided within 5 working days of the email confirmation (postmarked).

Return packages must always be clearly marked "Return to Sender - Children's Clothing" for customs purposes.

It is the sender's responsibility to complete customs documents correctly. Incorrectly labeled returns may result in incorrect duty or VAT upon re-import. In the event that Bonjour is incorrectly charged for receiving returned goods, this value will be deducted from the value of the client's return.

 

What are the reimbursement conditions ?

Please note that we only accept returns for purchases made on our own website - www. bonjour-e-shop.com.

We do not accept returns where the original order was sent to a shipping company address rather than a personal residential address.

If the products are returned in a condition suitable for resale, we will offer you a full refund of the products (less the original shipping costs).

 

Return Instructions:

The money will be refunded to the original payment method, within 2 business days of receiving the return. (Please note that the refund may take an additional 3-4 business days to be credited to your account, in accordance with normal banking deadlines).

 

Defective items:

We ensure that you do not receive a faulty item, but in the unlikely event that this happens, please email us with a description of the problem and clear photos.

We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.

You will receive an exchange if possible, or a full refund to your original payment method, and will also be reimbursed for shipping costs.

Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, differences will occur from piece to piece and no two items are exactly the same. These differences are not defects.

Sizing

Our models fit normally. You can consult the measurement tables available to you in the product sheets.

 

Laundry care

We strongly recommend that you follow the washing instructions on the care label of all garments.

Due to the intricate nature of embroidery, it will be best preserved if carefully hand washed and line dried. As hand washing is not always possible, you can occasionally machine wash clothes on low heat, but this will increase wear and tear on the garment.

Always separate strong colors.

 

Homemade

Due to the handmade nature of Bonjour clothing, no two items are exactly the same.

Whether it's our precious hand finishing or hand-guided machine embroidery, differences will appear between pieces.

Natural fabrics have irregularities, patterned fabrics align differently from piece to piece, and embroidered designs may vary slightly in Size and position.

This is all part of the beauty of clothing made slowly and sustainably from natural materials.

 

Environment

Fabrics:

The vast majority of our fabrics are cotton. More and more in certified organic cotton. This is mentioned in the product description where applicable. The fabrics are all laboratory tested and meet current REACH standards: the European Union regulation adopted to better protect human health and the environment against the risks linked to chemical substances. Our clothes are assembled in certified factories Sedex in India and meeting European regulations in Portugal. All first-rate suppliers undertake to respect our specifications which also include our values ​​ofeco-responsibility.

 

What is carbon click ?

Bonjour has partnered with CarbonClick, a New Zealand company that makes it easy for individuals and businesses to contribute to the fight against climate change.
