Preamble:
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the seller "SPRL Suranné", a company under Belgian law and the exclusive holder of the Bonjour brand, and to the buyer. The site, outside the dedicated professional area, is reserved solely for sales to private individuals for personal use. Resale and rental for professional purposes are not permitted without authorization from Bonjour.

These terms apply to the sale of any product on the website www.bonjour-e-shop.com. The site is intended exclusively for sales to private individuals.
order:
The buyer places their order via the online site www.bonjour-e-shop.com. The order process consists of several successive steps. Once the product selection has been made and the shopping cart confirmed, the client must: clearly identify the selected products with the colors, sizes, ... options shown on the site; state the requested quantities; identify themselves either by entering their email address and password, which are strictly personal, or by providing all information usually requested for online registration; clearly provide the information required for delivery. This includes, in particular, the exact delivery address as well as any access restrictions at the delivery location (building, floor, door code, etc.); specify the chosen delivery method; and finally, specify the chosen payment method. We do not accept payments via Paypal. The end client must make payment for their order on the secure interface, which will formally and definitively establish the sales contract binding them to SPRL Suranné.
order confirmation:
An email is automatically sent to the client to confirm receipt of the order, provided that the email address entered in the registration form contains no error.
Price and payment:
The VAT-inclusive prices displayed in the shopping cart are for reference only and may vary by final destination and Size. Depending on the delivery country, there may be a small Value Added Tax differential for countries in the European Union. These prices exclude handling and shipping fees. A flat shipping charge will be calculated based on the delivery address entered. The item price shown at the time the order is confirmed on the payment page is the final price including all taxes (except customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union).
Taxes and customs duties outside the European Union are the buyer's responsibility. For South Korea, you can enter your personal customs number on the payment confirmation screen.
Payment for the order will be made by bank card or bank transfer. Processing of the order takes longer in the latter case.
Goods will only be delivered once the full amount of the order has been received.
Shipping:
Preparation and shipping fees are shown excluding tax. Value Added Tax is calculated when the buyer confirms the order.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer when placing their order or to the selected pickup point if the option is available. It will not be possible to change the delivery address once the order has shipped. Multiple orders for the same recipient will not be consolidated. The buyer must check the condition of the goods' packaging and its completeness upon delivery and report any carrier-caused damage or omissions within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Bonjour reserves the right to change the carrier chosen by the client: DHL or via the international postal network "Express Mail Service (EMS)", provided that the service offered is identical.
Delivery area:
orders can be shipped to countries in the European Union. Products are delivered to the address provided by the client on the order form. The client must verify the completeness and accuracy of the information they provide to "Bonjour". It cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the resulting delays or delivery errors, or even loss. All costs incurred for reshipping the order will be entirely borne by the client. "Bonjour" cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers (including, in particular, total or partial strikes affecting postal services, transport, and/or communications).
Liability:
The seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from use of the internet, such as data loss, service interruption, computer viruses, intrusions, or any other unintentional issues. The seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased item. Product photos are the most accurate representation of the items sold. Colors may sometimes vary. Nevertheless, Bonjour ensures that the photo is as close to reality as possible. A lack of conformity reported by the client within the deadlines and in the manner specified in Articles 14 or 15 will, at our discretion, lead to repair of the defective Bien or its replacement. If repair or replacement proves impossible or disproportionate, we will offer an appropriate price reduction or replacement with a compliant Bien.
Privacy:
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the buyer has the right to access, correct, and delete data concerning them. The buyer may send an email to the address: bonjour.e.choppe@gmail.com to exercise this right.
Intellectual property:
All content published on this site, such as photos, text, images, videos, and the visual identity, is protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and belongs to the seller. Likewise, the "Bonjour" brand is a registered trademark and remains the full and exclusive property of the seller.
Force majeure:
Neither party will be in breach of its contractual obligations to the extent that their performance is delayed, hindered or prevented by an accidental event or force majeure. An accidental event or force majeure shall be understood to include any irresistible events or circumstances outside the parties, unforeseeable, unavoidable, beyond the parties' control and which cannot be prevented by them despite all reasonable efforts. The party affected by such circumstances shall notify the other within ten business days from the date it became aware of them.
Right of withdrawal:
A placed order cannot be canceled or modified. Please pay close attention when placing the order, as it is a firm commitment to purchase and cannot be changed.
However, unless otherwise stated on the product page, you have the right to return the product(s), without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 calendar days from the day after the product is delivered. After you notify that you wish to withdraw, you have 10 days to send back the product. This period allows the client to evaluate the purchased product as if in a shop window. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
During this withdrawal period, the client will handle the product and packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to decide whether they wish to keep the product. If you return used, washed, or damaged items, or incomplete devices (without the original tag attached), Bonjour reserves the right to refuse a refund or apply a deduction.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities or to products purchased by a natural person for professional use.
Items sold on promotion or clearance (including products in the "Outlet" and "Solidarity sale" categories) are not returned/refunded, nor exchanged.
