These general terms and conditions of sale apply to the seller "SPRL Suranné", a Belgian company and exclusive holder of the Bonjour brand, and to the buyer. The site, apart from the dedicated professional area, is reserved exclusively for sales to individuals for personal use. Resale and rental for professional purposes are not permitted except with authorization from Bonjour.

These terms and conditions apply to the sale of any product on the www.bonjour-e-shop.com website. The site is exclusively reserved for sales to individual customers.
order:
The buyer places their order through the online site www.bonjour-e-shop.com. The order process consists of several successive steps. Once the product selection is made and the shopping cart is confirmed, the client must: clearly identify the selected products with the color, size, etc. options indicated on the site; specify the requested quantities; identify themselves either by entering their email address and password, which are strictly personal, or by providing all the information usually required for online registration; clearly indicate the information necessary for delivery. This particularly concerns the precise delivery address as well as any possible accessibility restrictions at the delivery location (building, floor, entry code, etc.); indicate the chosen delivery method; finally, indicate the chosen payment method. We do not accept payments via Paypal. The end-user client must proceed with the payment of their order on the secure interface, which will formally and definitively establish the sales contract binding them to SPRL Suranné.
Order confirmation:
An email is automatically sent to the client to confirm receipt of the order, provided that the email address entered in the registration form does not contain any errors.
Price and payment:
The displayed VAT-inclusive prices at the time of the shopping cart are for reference only and may vary depending on the final destination and the Size.. According to the delivery country, there may be a small VAT difference for countries within the European Union. These prices do not include preparation and shipping fees. A shipping fee will be calculated based on the entered delivery address. The price of the items shown at the time of order confirmation on the payment page is the final price including all taxes (except customs duties for deliveries outside the European Union).
Taxes and customs duties outside the European Union are the responsibility of the buyer. For South Korea, you can enter your personal customs number on the payment confirmation screen.
Payment for the order will be made by credit card or bank transfer. In the latter case, processing the order takes longer.
The goods will only be delivered upon receipt of the full amount of the order.
Shipping:
Preparation and shipping fees are specified excluding tax. VAT is calculated at the time the order is confirmed by the buyer.
The products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer when placing the order or to the pickup point selected for Mondial Relai / Inpost. It will not be possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.Multiple orders for the same recipient will not be combined. The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and their completeness upon delivery and to report any damage caused by the carrier or any omissions within 24 hours of receiving the package.
bonjour reserves the right to change the carrier chosen by the client (DHL or Fedex) provided that the service offered is identical.
Delivery area:
Orders can be shipped to countries within the European Union. The products are delivered to the address provided by the client on the order form. The client must verify the completeness and accuracy of the information supplied to « Bonjour ». The latter cannot be held responsible for any input errors and their consequences in terms of delay or delivery error, or even loss. All costs incurred for reshipping the order will be entirely at the client's expense. « Bonjour » cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers (including, in particular, in the event of total or partial strikes, especially of postal services and means of transport and/or communications).
Responsibility:
The seller's liability cannot be engaged for any damage resulting from the use of the internet network such as data loss, service interruption, computer viruses, intrusions, or any other unintentional problems. The seller's liability cannot be engaged for any damage resulting from inappropriate use of the purchased item. The photos of the items are the most accurate reproduction of the items sold. Colors may sometimes differ. Nevertheless, Bonjour ensures that the photo is as close to reality as possible. The lack of conformity reported by the client within the deadlines and according to the procedures specified in articles 14 or 15 will result, at our discretion, in the repair of the defective Bien or its replacement. If repair or replacement proves impossible or disproportionate, we will offer an appropriate price reduction or replacement with a compliant Bien.
Privacy:
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the buyer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data. The buyer may send an email to the following address: bonjour.e.choppe@gmail.com to exercise this right.
Intellectual Property:
All elements published on this site, such as photos, texts, images, videos, and graphic charter, are protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code and belong to the seller. Likewise, the brand "bonjour" is a registered trademark, which remains the full and exclusive property of the seller.
Force majeure:
None of the parties shall be deemed to have failed in their contractual obligations insofar as their performance is delayed, hindered, or prevented by an unforeseen event or force majeure. Any event or circumstance that is irresistible, external to the parties, unforeseeable, unavoidable, beyond the control of the parties, and which cannot be prevented by them despite all reasonably possible efforts shall be considered as an unforeseen event or force majeure. The party affected by such circumstances shall notify the other within ten business days following the date on which it became aware of them.
Right of withdrawal:
An order placed cannot be canceled or modified. We ask that you pay close attention when placing the order as it is a firm commitment to purchase and cannot be changed.
However, unless otherwise stated on the product page, you have the right to return the product(s), without penalty and without giving any reason, within 10 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product. After you have notified that you wish to withdraw, you have 10 days to return the product. This period allows the client to evaluate the purchased product as if it were in a display window. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
During this withdrawal period, the client will handle the product and packaging with care. They will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to decide whether they wish to keep the product or not. If you return items that are used, washed, damaged, or incomplete devices (without the original tag attached), bonjour reserves the right not to refund or to apply a reduction.
